According to www.sfgate.com, Miley Cyrus did not “steal” Lustra’s “Scotty Doesn’t Know.” The reason for that is because Miley did not have any part of writing her song, “Rockstar.” The only thing that she does is sing the song.
Lustra’s song appeared in the movie and soundtrack to “Eurotrip,” which came out in 2004.
