Tell me this is not true – - Not another Miley Cyrus ticket scandal. I still do not understand why people do this, but they do. According to Nicole Wilson, from www.bestsyndication.com, do not buy tickets for Miley Cyrus Birthday on EBay. Do not do it.

If you have purchased tickets through them, you will more than likely not get in. I have tried to find a way to email ebay about this problem, but I found myself getting frustrated.

The tickets on ebay have been selling for $500 plus. Here is the problem . . . Disneyland has a very strict policy on anti-scalping, so you will not get in if you have gotten the tickets from a third party.

There were 5,000 tickets sold for Miley’s birthday, and they sold out pretty fast. The tickets cost $250 a piece.

People who bought them cannot get the tickets until after 2pm, which is four hours before the party, on that day. It is only available to the original buyer.

For them to pick up their tickets, they have to provide a confirmation letter, along with identification and a signature at the check-in booth.

You have to show up to get the tickets, and then the Disney Staff will lead the group into the park.

Even though it is hard to get me angry, this has done it. I cannot stand people getting ripped off. I wish I could tell you what to do if you bought the tickets. I have connected Disneyland, but no answer yet. I am still trying to contact ebay about what Miley’s fans should do, if they bought them.

Has Miley Cyrus Became a Diva?

There have been rumors floating around, that Miley Cyrus has become a Diva, and that she was doing anything she could to get out of her contract with Disney. It was also rumored that Emily Osment and Miley were fighting. I honestly cannot see any of this happening. According to Celestia, from http://omg.yahoo.com, Miley Cyrus, her managers and her PR people say that it is a rumor.

“I am fully committed to Hannah Montana. It’s what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out to so many people. I’m really excited about our new season. We are making great new episodes that I can’t wait for our fans to see and I’m looking forward to the ‘Hannah Montana’ movie that will be out in the spring.”

That is great to hear. Miley even realizes how much Disney has helped her, so why would she burn any bridges with them.

New Role for Miley

Miley has been signed to star in an untitled film, according to www.usmagazine.com.

Author Nicholas Sparks, who wrote “The Notebook,”will be writing the book and movie, Variety reports. The author will be writing the untitled novel and the screenplay

at the same time. The novel will be due out in 2009.

Miley would like to star in a movie like “A Walk To Remember”, which stars singer/actress Mandy Moore.

Miley likes the plot of the up and coming more. The plot is under wraps, but I can tell you that it will focus on family and romance.

Nicholas told the magazine that the Cyrus clan was “very familiar with the work I’ve done in the past. That played a role in this project coming together.”

Tish Cyrus, who is Miley’s mother, has the wonderful job of being the film’s executive producer.

It will be great to see Miley out of her role as Hannah Montana, and starring in a feature movie.

Hannah Montana Movie Release Has Changed

According to www.okmagazine.com, the release date for the Hannah Montana movie has been changed. The movie was scheduled for release on May 1, but it will now be released on April 10, according to the press release from Disney.

Miley Feels Like She is Playing Dress Up

Miley told the August Issue of J-14 magazine, that she feels like she “playing dress up.”

When I went to the Oscars, I wore glitter on my face like fairy dust so I could feel like a princess for the night,” she tells the magazine. “So my dad called me Cinderella. I’m always pretending I’m like a Disney princess!”

Funny I was always pretended I was a celebrity or a princess. O’kay… Maybe I still do.

Miley Thinks That She is Failing Her Fans

According to the August 2008 Issue of J-14, Miley feels that she is not living up to the expectations of her fans and others

“It can be hard because every time you make a mistake, you think, ‘MG, who’s watching this? You can’t be in a bad mood! I do make mistakes, and I can’t hide that. Basically, I own up to it and know that they’re not going to go away. I’m not perfect, but I will try my hardest to be close.”

There are times when some of us think celebrities should be perfect. But… No one is perfect. All of us make mistakes. Ours is just not spread across the newspapers and magazines.

Are Miley and Justin Dating?

It seems like Miley Cyrus and her “friend,” Justin Gaston relationship has grown stronger, according to www.okmagazine.com.

Not only has he joined the family at their church, but on September 21, Gaston join the Cyrus family on their family day out, where they went to Universal CityWalk.

“Justin and Miley are constantly texting each other,” a friend of Justin tells OK!. “They text things like, ‘I miss you so much,’ and ‘I can’t wait to see you.’ It’s all very cute and lovey-dovey. Justin also thinks highly of Miley’s opinion — he’s thinking about getting a tattoo and was asking her for ideas.”

By the sounds of it, Justin will be moving to Los Angeles. He will be moving into a friend’s place.

“He brought all his clothes from Louisiana,” the pal says. “He also said to expect to see Miley coming by the house more often.”

Miley Hits Number One in Australia.

According to http://top40-charts.com, Miley Cyrus’s album, “Breakout” debut in Australia at #2 on the ARIA Album Chart. The album is now at #1, which makes Miley the youngest singer on the ARIA Chart ever.

Also, Miley and her father, Billy Ray, are the only father and daughter to have a #1 album on the chart.

Billy Ray Cyrus’s album, “Some Gave All” was at #1 in November 1992.
