Miley Stands Up For Herself

According to www.sfgate.com, Miley Cyrus did not “steal” Lustra’s “Scotty Doesn’t Know.” The reason for that is because Miley did not have any part of writing her song, “Rockstar.” The only thing that she does is sing the song.

Lustra’s song appeared in the movie and soundtrack to “Eurotrip,” which came out in 2004.

The band believes that they songs are the same, even though there are different words.

 

One of Miley’s spokespersons stated, “She doesn’t write the songs – she sings them. We have referred this to Disney.”

According to the New Your Post, Lustra “is considering various options to rectify this situation.”

 

Now come on. Lustra should have researched information on who wrote “Rockstar,” before they tried to make Miley look bad. In my opinion, I believe they should hold a press conference, and publicly apologize to Miley.

    uh. they should just back off and leave miley alone. Why does everyone have to torture her for every little thing she does. It’s outragous.
    It doesn’t even sound the same, maybe just the start with the guitar.
    By the way chel your doing a great job on keeping us updated about Miley
