Miley makes this girl’s night

We absolutely love this! While it’s easy for celebrities, especially young ones, to let fame take over their life, every once in a while they do something to make us see that they care. Way to go, Miley Cyrus.

Seemingly recovered from that mysterious flu, Miley Cyrus took the time to perform at the second annual Concert for Hope on Sunday. As you can see in the video below, Miley sang one of her hits, “The Climb,” to a really appreciative young fan.

And Miley looks like she’s truly enjoying herself and having a good day. The little girl seems to know all the words and Miley lets her sing little parts of it into the microphone.

So, see? Miley Cyrus really does know how to give back. Even if it does look like she’s wearing her underwear at the show. Seriously though, in addition to performing at the concert, Miley is also donating a dollar from every ticket sold on her Wonder World Tour to City of Hope.

Sincer we have a feeling Miley Cyrus is going to be famous for a long, long time, we really hope she keeps up the good work and always remembers to give back. All you have to do it look at that little girl’s face to see how much that concert means to her!
