According to http://www.osoblog.tv, Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston were seen leaving 8oz Burger Bar in Los Angeles after there dinner date. Their picture was taken while they left the restaurant.

If it is true that she is dating Gaston, this is a hard one for me to comment on their relationship. I want them to be happy, but in most states it is illegal. I guess what it all comes down to is what her parents think.

It Is Almost Time for Miley’s…

According to Larry Carroll, writer for www.mtv.com, Miley Cyrus talks to him about the new Hannah Montana movie, and about her big sweet 16 bash.

“I think what the movie shows is that it’s really hard to stay grounded [when you become famous], because everybody’s saying, ‘Yes, yes, yes,’ ” Miley explained. “Your real friends are the people who say ‘no’ sometimes.”

I can see how it can be hard to say “no” to a celebrity. She does give a point to think about. If they are your true friends, then they will be able to say “no” once in awhile.

Miley Cyrus has already picked out her dress and tiara for her Sweet 16 Party at Disneyland, “I’ve never had a parade before for my birthday, so that’ll be cool,” she said. Miley said that they only thing that she wants for her birthday is her own car.

So what did her father, Billy Ray Cyrus have to say to that, “She can buy her own car, so we’re thinking about buying her a dealership.”

Miley is living what many girls dream.

Different States

According to Leslie Gornstein, writer for www.eonline.com, different states have different laws on dating a minor. By the sounds of it, as long as Miley and Justin are just dating than it is legal. But again, that is not true in all states.
