Miley Does Make Mistakes

By chel | July 30, 2008

According to Olivia Sterns writer for ABC News, www.abcnews.go.com, Miley Cyrus is out promoting her new album “Breakout,” and she made a stop at “Good Morning America’s” for a talk with Robin Roberts.

Cyrus said that the pictures that were take for the June’s Vanity Fair magazine was a “mistake.”

“I think I was just in a stage where I was just trying to get things done, and maybe look for an older audience. I was working with a big magazine just trying to go with what they were saying,” Miley told

I can understand why she did that, but those picture will draw attention from the wrong kind of an older audience.

She has gotten a lot of criticism and she has had a “hard time.” No one “knows what it’s like to have people talk about you like you’re kind of iron.”

“People need to remember that I am young and that I do have feelings, and I’ll do the same thing for them.”

“Anyone who was 15 years old can’t say they haven’t made a mistake. So I think it’s just normal,” she said.

It is normal. Everyone makes mistakes. It is part of life. You have to learn some how.

Cyrus has now learned “to stay true to yourself. I think it does make me more relatable [to my fans].”
